Beyblade X rules

According to the ‘Japanese’ Official rules, it states that if 2 different wins (I.E a Survive win, and a Knockout win) happen simultaneously, without clear winner, it then turns to a draw. However reading everything else only says “Australia “ for their rules. Does this apply for the rules set in my area? (Pittsburg, PA)
