How I would have rewritten: Ghostfreaked Out.

Now, I love this episode. It's a 10/10 for me, Ghostfreak is one of my favorite aliens and Zs'skayr is my favorite villain in the entire franchise, and his portrayal in this episode was absolutely peak. He was menacing and dreadful, even his presence radiated a feeling of discomfort and fear, and Ben was genuinely afraid for his life against a foe for the first time. It's also the first time we saw one of Ben's own aliens turning against him and becoming one of his greatest threats, showing how powerful Ben's aliens can really be when they're on the other end of the spectrum. However, there are a few things I wish they were explored more. To start with;

1- We were never given a proper explanation on how Ghostfreak escaped the watch when it timed out. Ben was timing out as Ghostfreak and the next second, the guy managed to escape the watch. I know in the wiki it says that the watch was removing him from the active playlist as a safety measure which allowed him to escape but I would have wanted to see how it occured.

2- Ben's fear of Ghostfreak just happened so randomly. I know Ben has always felt uncomfortable and weird when he turned into Ghostfreak but his fear could have been explored in previous episodes to pave the way for the events of this episode. For example, ben could have turned into Ghostfreak instead of Wildvine in Tough Luck against hex and charmcaster and nearly killed them only to snap out of it at the last second, and then he could have turned into Ghostfreak instead of Stinkfly in They Lurk Below, but then Zs'skayr would take control and start attacking robot squids viciously while Gwen and Edwin were drowning, and when Ben realizes what's going on he would gradually start feeling afraid of Ghostfreak more and more, to the point of completely avoiding transforming into him. This would be a nice set up for this episode as we would witness how Ben's fear of Ghostfreak started to shape and what caused him to abstain from using the form as much as possible, which would have given a lot hints about Ghostfreak's true nature that we've learnt in Ghostfreaked Out, allowing us to be prepared for this episode's events.

What are your opinions about this? Is there anything you would want to change about this episode or do you think it's perfect just the way it is?
