Bed bug? HELP Multiple opinions

Hi everyone. I’m stressing I have a week old newborn and noticed a lot of these super tiny bugs in the bed, on the walls in the bedroom and windowsills. Also freaking out because I just recently purchased a new mattress and base from mattress firm so I’m thinking the worse

I hired an exterminator. He told me that they were baby bedbugs that just hatched. And that I needed to pay $900, stay out of the house for 6hours and couldn’t use my clothes for 2 weeks.

Wanted a second opinion and got told it’s 100% not a BB but some type of beetle?? When I crush them they almost look like they have some type of wings

I’m still panicking and thinking the worse any help?? I would appreciate it
