Flx4 effects question

I am practicing with output via laptop speakers or Bluetooth while I wait for external speakers. When I have a track cued up and am listening in headphones I cannot hear fx like echo 1/2 , echo 1/4, and reverb. I can only hear from output speakers.

This also happens when I Bluetooth my laptop to soundbar. If I play both decks on cue and headphones only , same thing those fx are not audible (or don’t work in this mode?) .
