Really struggling to get started !

Hey guys, I’ve had my FLXs for a couple weeks now, and I’m on a fairly busy uni course so want to make the most out of the time that I can use them to get better. I’ve watched a couple basic videos on using decks but every time I get a spare half hour where I’d want to mess around I have no clue where to even start. I know the controls of the decks and have a basic understanding of RekordBox but I have no clue how to actually DJ, and so far making playlists has seemed really daunting as well.

How do I get started?!?! I feel like once I’ve made those first steps then I’ll be able to just keep playing around and getting better and better but I’m finding it so hard to actually figure out what I should do.

I love the free party scene so love all things wobbly, tekky, bouncy, trancey, hard, all those sorts of genres. I love donk, tek, makina, gabber, hard trance, psytrance, 4x4, jungle, so a real multi-genre madness.
