Why can't this house be sold?
I was just casually touring open houses for fun and came across this house I really liked. I even thought of eventually trading up and moving here. Fast forward today it has been on the market for 2 months and that house is not even pending. The house seemed well built, concrete slab, oversized master bedroom, tile roof, paid solar and appliances were from good brands, the neighborhood also looked nice
I am new to RE market in the Bay Area and this makes me question my ability to pick a good house, what could be the reason why it's selling so slowly?
