Caffiene after gastric bypass?

I have many chronic health conditions several of which causes extreme fatigue. If I don't have caffiene (Monster Juiced, oat milk latte, milk tea) I will get sick. How did you guys handle caffiene after surgery? I can give up the monsters but the other two, that might be a problem. Lol
