Too many barbers…

The shop I’m working at now has 9 barbers and the owner is looking to hire a 10th. I think that’s too many barbers in one shop. There’s not a lot of walk in traffic just the regulars that the other barbers have who have been there for years. I’m getting between 0- 3 walk ins per day because we take turns. I think I need to look for a shop with less barbers and more walk ins but maybe I should be patient idk. Do y’all think there’s too many barbers here?
