PLA Silk Problems

When using Bambu lab a1 with pla silk the extruder keeps tearing(?) the filament. so far I have increased the temperature up to 240 degrees but the situation has not changed. air printing detection is constantly triggering and so far I have not been able to get any successful prints. please help.
