Atomic Backland 102 vs 109 PNW dedicated touring ski

Would love some advice from this group!

I’m a strong skier but fairly new to touring.

I primarily ski Atomic Bent 120s and absolutely love them. I have Switch bindings on them and ski them in all conditions - and have used them to get into backcountry skiing over the last year.

Im now looking to get a dedicated backcountry set up for this season - something a bit lighter and without twin tips / not so center mounted to make kick turns on the steeps easier.

Since I like the Bents so much, I’m thinking about picking up a pair of Backlands in either the 102 or 109 width with pin bindings

These will be my one quiver backcountry ski for the foreseeable future. Their primary use with be single day tours searching for fun skiing conditions - mostly Snoqualmie, Crystal, Stevens Pass areas. But I also want to use them on the volcanoes in the spring as well as longer mountaineering tours in the North Cascades.

Would love to hear people’s thoughts on 102 vs 109 or thoughts on the Backlands in general
