Family member keeps asking about registry but won’t buy anything off of it

I’m sorry if this post makes me sound like a spoiled brat I’m just really confused and slightly annoyed, but to be fair literally everything annoys me right now at 37 weeks. One of my husband’s family members keeps asking about my registry and was bugging me to make one early on. I made one and we’ve gotten most of the essentials by now, which is great. She has asked me multiple times to resend the link to her and has made a lot of comments on what I chose. She even complimented it and said she liked the choices I made. She also keeps asking what we still need to get- she’s asked multiple times do we have this and that yet. Yet she hasn’t bought anything off of the registry that she keeps asking about? I don’t expect her to, neither do I expect anyone to buy us anything. No one owes us anything, I know that. I just find it strange that she keeps looking at it and seems to be keeping tabs on what we still need, yet doesn’t seem to plan on buying anything. There isn’t a lot left on the list, but earlier on there was a lot to choose from, all different price points. It’s not like I chose a bunch of super expensive stuff- most of it was within an average price point for baby stuff.

She’s gifted us a few things, none of which were essentials or things I picked out. It’s kind of annoying me now because I’m just trying to get ready for this baby and the fact that she keeps bugging me about the registry when she doesn’t plan on using it is getting on my nerves. What’s the point in asking and nagging me about it?? Can someone please explain this behavior because I’m so confused
