My partner got me a tabbed notebook

I'm the dom in the relationship, and I've been with my partner for a few years. We've been trying to build up this dynamic between us that I was new to and they were knowledgeable about. It's been hard a lot of the time, but we're trying our best. The dynamic we have is like a caregiver/big/owner with a little/brat/pet. The point of the post is that they got me a notebook with a few tabs to write some stuff down in, stuff like rules, punishments, funishments, stuff I like or dislike. I was wondering how I can organize it, if anyone has anything similar, and if there are more things I can include. Trying to make this a place to organize rules and notes on our dynamic. Do other doms have something like this? how would you recommend organizing it?
