Switching after level 1?

I’m going to the university of Fraser valley (ufv) for the level 1 construction electrical foundation program, and I was wondering if anyone knew if I could get into level 2 at Bcit instead? As it’s closer and I heard it’s better. But idk if they accept students that have completed level 1 from another school to go into level 2 at their school? Please lmk thanks!
