How do I apply for the airlines?

Hello everybody!

CPL-IR, A320 Type Rated here. I don’t know where to start. Is there a website? Do I go to their office and hand in my resume? What else besides a cover letter and my resume? Logbook? Licenses? What are the documents I need to prepare for my application? Is there a specific avenue for different airlines? I heard Cebu Pacific has a site, where do I find that? And apparently you’ll need someone to back your application for Philippine Airlines? How about for Air Asia? Should I consider other countries? So much questions.

I know it might sound like dumb questions, I’m just a first generation pilot trying to figure out this industry. Thank you so much for the patience and knowledge in advance! Highly appreciated!
