i might be the only one who feels like this

is it me or are commercial customers alot more demanding. I am a red shirt and we barely know anything about commercial and the most we can do is sell you something and thats about it, no I was never taught to process your core. Anyways I tell them this and they always seem so angry/ shocked that the commercial specialist dont stay till we close.
