SSD for my Asus Tuf Dash f15 2022

Hi...I want to upgrade the ram and storage of my Tuf Dash F15 2022....Can anyone help me which one to choose, what brand and maybe a tutorial on how to do it.. Im new to gaming laptop , id appreciate if someone can help me. Thanks
