What are some good jobs, that most people avoid due to the impact on their personal lives?

I'm looking for job ideas that are hard for most people, because of their family, social life, or other lifestyle constraints. Like working night shifts, or jobs that require long stretches away from home (stuff like an oil rig).

I've got nothing tying me down right now, so I'm open to all of it. Working abroad, weird schedules, or whatever else. It just needs to pay decently, and be straightforward to get into without prior qualifications, experience, or industry connections.

My past work experience is mostly admin work, with some experience in data analysis and digital design (but not at a professional level). Have a degree in Business Management. No driver's license. Reasonably fit, 30 years old, and live in Scotland, but open to travelling anywhere.

Some ideas I've come up with so far:

  • Doing a Wind Turbine Apprenticeship
  • Trying for a cleaning/admin/chef job in Antarctica (maybe too competitive)
  • Cargo Ship / Cruise Ship work
  • Teaching English in China
  • Flight Attendant

Would love to hear other ideas! Or even just jobs that are likely to have severe shortages in the coming years, that are still relatively easy to get into.
