[Moving to Serbia/IT] Is IT education in Serbia good?

Hello. I am considering moving to Serbia because of cultural, political, and personal disconnection with my home country (Norway) once I turn 18. It is complicated and I don't want to share my life story on here, but in short, I feel extremely disconnected in my country, especially due to how people have treated me over the years in school and elsewhere. I share a lot of personal and cultural values with Serbs, and I think so far that Serbia is the right place for me.

I am doing IT, and I wonder if the IT sector/education in Serbia is good, because of my goal of working in that field. While I am studying in Norway, I will probably move once I am ready. I have a little money so I can book ferrys and trams to Serbia once I am old enough and have a long-term visa. Sorry for the long question. Thanks!
