[Star Wars] Did Anakin/Vader have any personal wealth?

When Padme died, her estate would pass to Anakin I assume. By that time however, he was Vader so maybe pocket cash was the last thing on his mind. As Vader, he wasn't an official member of the military so maybe he had access to funds from Palpatine?
