My (F33) boyfriend (M36) doesn’t want to have sex with me. We have been together 7 years and have barely had sex 4 times over the past 5 years. He still doesn’t really want to breakup but doesn’t want to have sex either, I am not sure what to do?

He claims I am still his best friend and he loves spending time with me but I am exhausted trying to suppress my sexual side. I feel like I am being taken for a ride and being strung along and sometimes have a hard time controlling my sexual urges towards other men. I am unsure how to navigate this situation. Has anyone else faced this and how you navigated this?

Edit: It’s not that I want to fuck around, I would have already done that if that were the case.

Edit: He has admitted to watching porn and jerking off and that usually is enough for him.
