Lights flicker when various high power items used

Across several breakers, I am having an issue with lights flickers if something that draws a lot of power turns on (washer, hair dryer, coffee maker). Google told me it could be an issue with the common coming into the house, and so I contacted my electricity supplier and they said there were no issues. I'm not seeing anything wrong here, either visually or with my multimeter. Anybody see something I am missing?
