3.5 hour blocks mysteriously becoming 3 hour blocks overnight

All the 3am to 6am blocks in my region are typically 3.5 and they switched to 3 hour blocks overnight. My guess is that these routes will be the same amount of packages but they are just trying to pay you less for them. I don't think this is going to work out how Amazon thinks it will.
