Some questions about the lore
So I'm planning to join the Black Library's open submission, and I want to write a script about a tech-priest (Dominus or Manipulus) rise an automatan (maybe Thanatar Calix), but before I start, there's something I want to understand first:
In Mechanicum's the Death of innocence, it saids "only a very few foundry can sense the danager and cut down the connection (with the Olympia)". My question is: can I forsee that there's actually a few automata foundries are safe？ I mean, you can still call less than 10 foundries (including the main characters' in Mechanicum) over 10000+ as "very few", so...(•‿•)
How does the servo-cannon from the new Guardsman's KT actually work？it's not AI for sure, but there's no tech-priest controlling that cannon, so...how (ㆁωㆁ)
We know that almost all Admech's tech-priest are insist on collect data (especially STC), but will they still do experiment related to technology？let's say "Oh, I find a STC to build a plasma gun, let's try if it can be bigger to plug into a Dunecrawler" is it possible (ㆁωㆁ)？
