Can Riot adress the state of tanks right now in ARAM ?

Every single game is a Heartsteel fest, tanks ending outdamaging every single champ by just stacking this shit all game long. Past 10/15 minutes APC or ADC just dont do damage at any point.

This game is turning to shit faster than diarrhea its not even fun.
