Catching fatal typo one year later

Got a reader pointing out a spelling mistake today (in a very kind way) and asked if it was meant to say "reproduction" .... No, no it did not. This is how I find out over one year later since completing this story I've written this MULTIPLE TIMES when my brain meant "repercussions."

Thank you. I'm laughing but I will also be rolling in my grave now. Anyone willing to give me some peace of mind and share a moment they've done a similar thing? We can agonize together.
