AITAH for telling my girlfriend F(25) to be patient over text?

So she’s asking me to send photos of myself so she can send it to her sister, while I was taking photos I was like the lighting was bad and I’ll send them tomorrow, she’s like “nah send them and it’s fine” I’m like “be patient lol” and her response was “excuse me” which then started an argument and she’s annoyed with me for my tone for saying “be patient lol”? So am I in the wrong?
