Accidentally installed aniwave app from website on my phome. Should I worry abt it.

Hi, I've entered aniwave.to on my phone and accidentally installed app, after I realised I've unistalled it and scanned with two different anrivirus and phone seems to be clean. Should I worry abt it or do someone is using it and it's legit?
