Trying to figure out who this pillow talk couple is??

I was recently at my mom‘s and she has cable so she had TLC and they had the pillow talk on there which I can’t get with my Cinemax subscription. I saw a couple on there that I don’t think I’ve seen before and I’ve googled and searched and I have not come up with anything so I hope somebody here may be able to help.

They were both young and seemed to be Indian going off their appearance. The guy had some piercings, but the girl looked relatively conservative and she was pretty.

The guy for some reason came off to me as someone who had possibly transitioned? I could be completely wrong but it’s just something that came across my mind and I couldn’t remember who this couple was to settle the internal debate lol
