Does the Administratum rule any worlds directly?

The Ecclesiarchy has their Cardinal World's, planets which they rule directly and where the Planetary Governor is a member of the Ecclesiarchy.

Is there any counterpart for the Administratum though?

I think in one of the novels it was stated that there was a subdivision of the Administratum that mabey ruled directly over agri worlds, though it's kinda vague
