Out of the four most famous Commissars, who was the best?

The four most famous Commissars in lore (i think) are, Ciaphas cain, Ibraham Gaunt, Commissar Yarrick and Commissar Holt.

Gaunt is probably the best overall leader and is pretty good at fighting, he fought Chaos Marines on 3 occasions and came out alive.

Cain and Yarrick are probably the best overall fighters, they are pretty good leaders but theres definitely more of a focus on their personal martial skills.

As for Holt, well he did pimp slap a planetary governor so he gets some points for that.
