What are some actual reasons to choose PETG over PLA?

So, PETG does have some stronger aspects to it, but overall PLA has more varieties with different properties that might be more desirable for any particular project. PETG is harder to print, and in my experience, cold flows so much worse, making it not ideal for projects that require stiffness over a long periods. It is cheaper, but I don't fight see any particular reason why you would choose PETG over PLA.

What do you guys think? What are some actual reasons that you would choose PETG over PLA?
