Cant get enchanements tab on my headphones sound setting.

So i play fortnite comp, its the sounds that mongraal used and mitro used and ive been wanting to get the better sounds for fortnite or bass boosted fortnite. You have to go to the realtek audio and add the option which works, but i dont hear anything, then i watched another video and i saw someone doing it but instead clicked on the head phone option but i dont see the enchancement section and ive tried to get it, but their is a headphone option that is disabled. IF i could get some help on this it would be great. and my discord is Frosty#6476 if yall have any solutions
