Is the manga worth it

I've finished both season of tokyo ghoul like 2 years ago, I remember almost most of the events. Especially in season 1, also I am in volume 6 chapter 51 and I already know what's gonna happen so it's lowk a snoozefest. Should I just rewatch it through the anime and then for tokyo ghoul re and the events after that shld I just read the manga.

basically does the tokyo ghoul anime seasonn 1 and 2 not miss out any important or interesting things tha tmight be included in the manga, will it matter that much if I just watch the anime instead
