it would be better to get a bounty fest of your favourite character from one piece instead having him as a ex as it would be more easy to level them up and use them and even if you miss them from pulling they will come back more faster as an rebanner than an ex and people will not be so much desperate to have them countered and also bandai will not focus on them and make a character to counter themm

also we have seen with past events bounty fest version of character stays more viable and stays in meta longer than the ex for ex- oden and whitebeard and even luffy
