Should I change anything in my speed demon legion build?

Batteries included(5% around completed generator) Machine learning(10% speed and undetectable for 45 seconds after highlighted gen is done) Undone(5% speed after vaulting[no cooldown!]) Furtive chase(after hooking obsession get 5% haste and undetectable for 18 seconds)

So, in total, if you get 4 hits(not counting 4th) with frenzy and all perks are active you could get up to 127% speed.

And no, im not going to run pwyf, legions power is based off hitting survivors, makes no sense lol.
