[TOMT] Grotesque anthology cartoon, probably from the 90s to 2000s

I distinctly remember 2 episode plots. 1 was about alien goo that eats trash and can only be killed with soda, and the other was about a vain girl obsessed with her mirror who eventually gets pulled into the mirror. I remember it kinda looking like a Klasky Csupo show, but I didn't find it on their wikipedia article.
