Low GPU utilization in Cities
For some reason i get like 40% GPU Utilization in Cities and my fps go down to 30 anyone else have this problem?
My System:
7800X3D
RTX 4090
64GB 6000mhz ram
CPU Util is around 50-60% on all cores
