What is everyone's opinion on Manatal ATS for recruiting agency?

Recently we have started using Manatal for our agency but we are facing a lot of problems with vendor management, customer resumes, career page, export function, email function etc. so we thought we can ask for help from the support team but they're not reliable at all. Can anyone else give us some advice on what we can do? Is there anyone who is an expert on manatal or maybe recommend us a similar ATS but better support and more reliable?
