Which highend premium built laptop would you buy?

I'm looking to get a better laptop. What's the most premium built laptop? Most durable and reliable. No hinge issues and so on. My last few laptops (hp) had all hinge problems. I first bought and MSI Thin A15 ryzen 5 7535hs, RTX 3050 4gb, 8gb ram, 512gb storage. I realised quickly this wasn't the right choice for me. Built quality felt very weak. I brought it back to the store and changed it for Asus TUF a16 (fa607) Ryzen 9 7845hx, RTX 4070 8gb, 32gb ram, 1tb storage. This laptop is a big leap from the MSI. Much better built quality. Still I'm afraid of the hinges breaking.

I've got 14 days to return it after trying it. So...

Which laptop is the most premium built with high end performance?

I was looking at Lenovo Legion 9, i9 14900hx, RTX 4090, 64gb Ram, 2tb storage.

Or maybe Alienware m18 r2, with the same specs.

Are they good quality? What other brands make good quality? Should I wait for the 5090 or 5080 gpu?

TLDR: I'm looking to upgrade to a premium built laptop with high performance specs. Which one? Should I buy RTX 4090, or RTX 5080/5090?
