Thoughts on IKEA?

How do y’all feel about ikea- kitchen items in particular? I found small stainless steel bowls (that would love to use for my kids, whisks, other utensils, and bamboo/other wood cutting boards all for reasonable prices. I’ve read that they are conscious about using certain products, but with the prices being so low, it makes me skeptical. Anyone with knowledge here? Would you use the kitchen stuff?
