Binder Organization

Hey new to collecting trading cards. How do yall organize your binders when you have 4 copies of a lot of cards? Do you organize by color, rarity, subgroup like straw hat pirates etc. Do you double up in each sleeve for copies or do you keep a separate binder for copies of cards? I have nearly 700 cards so far and trying to organize it so it’s easier to build a deck as needed.
