Single estate sativa?

Hey Looking for a strain with a strong head high as I find them better for migraines tossing up between single estate Crystal Caviar and Booty Clapper (christ 😭). What’s the better sativa in your opinion? Cheers, also considering pouch yellow. Happy to hear other recommendations 😃
