Rewrite this backdoor episode in a way that would be positive for the audience (and make the spin off a reality).

My first change would be to take out Brittany and put Dianna Agron in her place as Lily. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Britt's work... but I just don't find her convincing as Lily. And it's not just the eye color, her features just don't look like Kelly's in my opinion. I think Dianna would do a better job with the character.
