25F/5’10”/180lb Advice Please?
I’m new to fitness and I really want to build muscle but I know I need to lose fat too. I go to the gym 3-4 times/week, 60 percent cardio 40 percent strength training. Is it possible to build muscle while losing fat? Or should I focus on cardio and wait to strength train until I’m in better shape? How much of a caloric deficit should I be in?
