Making a URG saga centric deck

My friends made a custom commander for me. It has Saga's you control enter the battlefield with read ahead and whenever I sacrifice an enchantment I can search my library for a saga of lesser value and put in my hand.

Now I am not the type of player to do an enchantment heavy deck nor have i ever really used sagas in my deck. Can you give me any kind of direction on how to start building a coherent Saga deck that would work? I appreciate you all!
